"Banged Up"

(see yesterday's blip) and the miserable Judge wasn't very lenient as it was my second offence so 7 days loss of privileges with bread and water only! To think I only did this cos I was desperate for a "pee!"
I'm appealing on my sentence so any feedback would be appreciated please!
