IMPACT Nepal's Safer Motherhood Programme

Mrs Devi from Rautahat District, Nepal is one of more than 11,000 women to have benefitted from IMPACT Nepal's Safer Motherhood programme over the past year. Action in rural areas includes ante and postnatal care by trained midwives; support in the event of complications; folic acid and iron tablet distribution; and health education.
