Restios

I've been trying to photograph these restios for ages. They are so very beautiful as they dance in the wind, especially at dawn and dusk. This is the best I can do, I'd love some advice on how to get more of them in focus?
Restios is a big grooup of grasses which form part of our mountain fynbos. Some of species are used for thatching.
