Cinnamon Swirls

Even my 19 year old daughter needs activities to do on a rainy day off. They had made these at the nursery she works at and she decided to try them out for herself. Especially as the baked cheesecake she made at the weekend was such a success!
Needless to say she was very happy with the finished reult and there are now not many of them left. The family all tucked into the delicious fruits of her labour.
