Wrong Airfield

Up at 5:30 am - transport to Sydney Airport to catch our international flight to Christchurch, NZ. We arrived in Christchurch just after 3 pm. The final leg was a 4 pm domestic flight from Christchurch to Nelson. Unfortunately with low cloud over Nelson airfield and two aborted attempts to land the pilot decided to divert to Blenheim. From Blenheim it was an hour half coach journey to Nelson airfield and from there a short taxi ride to our hotel arriving just after 8 pm (a long day).
