This is a Richard Simmons inspired cake. It was so good it could not be blipped before someone had helped themselves to it. It's a pear and cranberry upside down cake, baked in a cast iron skillet. Tastes like angle food cake with yummy pear, cranberry, and brown sugar glazed to seal it all in. To die for.
