More Houses!

Got asked to see this house today by an investor, but not a good fit. But it is a good fit for another investor though - especially as his other house is next door.

The problem is the amount of work needed. Listed at $28k which it won't reach, and billed as a 3 bedroom house. Not sure where the 3rd bedroom is, unless they mean the dining room which could be converted - if you add a wall!

It'd really need a $17-18k bid to be worthwhile though.

Interesting thing is that it wouldn't need that much work, but would need some hands on managing. If we had $17k we'd stick in an offer just for a laugh. But we don't. So that's sorted then.

Talking of offers though.......news for another day ;)
