Appearances are deceptive

I struggle with food and drink with my morningnoonandnight sickness. I didn't get anything to eat today till 3 so out of desperation I gave this smoothie a try. Delicious. Who knew pond water could taste so good. In a Starbucks cup but it's a naked smoothie. Yum
