Helping hands

I took this photo in a favourite haunt in paddington yesterday and thinks it's such an amazing thing to put on a toilet door!! but as an image I think it's more apt for today cause my helping hands are here to stay with me for a few days, in the form of my parents.

Living physically apart from your parents is difficult sometimes but then as soon as I see them, I immediately feel just a little bit more secure and that never changes however old I get!

I'm very lucky to have them.
