My mam was cleaning out her drawers and she came across this menu. This is no ordinary menu this was for a place that only had 2 dinner parties at a time and treated you as royalty. The staff were friendly but it was the owners Chris and Phil whose attention to detail made the meal pleasurable. Such this was you had to book 2yre in advance!

They retired to spend time together as retired couples do. Sadly last year Phil took poorly and was in hospital and rehabilitation. His illness took him from his partner Chris earlier this month. My thoughts are still with Chris and his loss of a lovely man.

So seeing this menu seemed a fitting way to celebrate a wonderful man's life. To Phil always remembered.
