From a distance

We went for a drive South of the River and a wander out at Point Walter. Waded through the water along the sand bank ....beautiful morning being enjoyed by lots of people have barby brekkys in the shade of the peppermint trees - boats out, kayaking, fishing. Turned into twitchers and spotted lots of new birdies we have never seen! Stopped at Wireless Hill on the way home for a view over our cloudless city........ still hot and dry. Home read the papers, friends popped round for a wee shwally - lovely day.
