Leaning tower of Pisa.

I came across this letter box and began to wonder if indeed in could hold any mail at all given its 60 degree slant.
It's surprising that the pamphlets already delivered have remained within their designated rack.
It appears that the owner has attempted to prop up the letter box with some strategically placed bricks but to no avail. Certainly its days are numbered.

I think a letter sent to the householder may enlighten him about the "dire straits" of his mail receptacle, but I doubt whether it could be delivered.
