.....fishing for pirhanas..........

Another one of the toys bought for me for my birthday!

Went out to the fishing cabin today....first time since Christmas......Gordon arrived....first time I've seen him since his heart attack during our last match....he's looking remarkably chipper!.......but it brought back the memories....just glad he's ok and will soon be able to come out with us again. He told me that he had been treated so well that he'd had the stent fitted before it was time for the match to finish!.....the NHS is a wonderful institution...if the politicians keep away from it!

Quarter finals of the quiz Cup tonight..............at home v Rose and Crown Ramsbottom.

Half time break....outside for a fag....needed to get away from the opposition who really are the most curmudgeonly lot you could ever meet....moaning about how "stupid" the questions were.....for f**k's sake they got a 10 point start!
