STaines In Thames

is it Ironic that Staines recently changed its name to Staines-Upon-Thames?? It seems it would be better suited to the name Staines-In-Thames!

The flood waters are still high through many parts of Surrey as Wellies and Waders become the height of Fashion. Took a drive and wander through some of the areas by the River and it seems its not disappearing any time soon. And the Rain continues too.
