Nature's Princess

This princess with a dress of colourful hand decorated glass leaves is currently on display at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. It is part of an exhibition of art work created by people at the Garvald Centre in Edinburgh which provides support for people with learning disabilities. The art work has been created as part of a two year project in which they have visited and experienced the garden and used this as their inspiration for the creation of various pieces of art. I popped in briefly at lunchtime today to see the exhibition and the pretty glass work in this princess's dress really caught my eye.
