Little helpers

After Ophelia's swimming lesson this morning, we headed up into the fabulous herbal shop in town. It's always a friendly and welcoming place, and today we ended up staying longer than usual as the girls helped the staff pack a box of herbal supplements to be sent to Tesco in Milton Keynes. As you do :) They had a load of fun helping out.
