Bleeding nipple and histamine

Not had a very good run tonight. Not only did my nipple bleed but my histamine flared up (pic). My run wasn't the quickest either bit I think it was because of my histamine. I need to get me some hay fever tablets.

My mom phoned me today to say she has put an offer in for a bungalow and it was excepted. Its in the same street where she lives now and my youngest sister is buying my moms house. The bungalow looks amazing and I hope everything goes to plan as my mom has had her heart set on a bungalow for ages.
