Sunday roast - 24hours later ...

Yesterday was amazing fun and extremely busy - the husband to be let his hair down , relaxed and enjoyed the football with a few beers . It turned into quite a lot of beers and ended with a scrummy takeaway curry . It was therefore a no brainer that we should gave a roast today - we love our roast dinners and hate missing out .
Mr B excelled himself today - delicious rare rib of beef , roasties , roast parsnips , kale, carrots and wonderful red wine gravy . I contributed to the meal by making proper Yorkshire puds- none of your aunt Bessie's rubbish - which were pretty amazing - and we topped it off with a nice glass of red ! We do make a pretty good team in the kitchen - perhaps this bistro plan really will work !!
