Running Shoes Not Trainers

Day 45 of 365. Decided to clean my running shoes before my big run on Sunday - I often used to keep one pair at work and one at home. Saves a lot of time carrying one pair to and from work!
It was great to have a more normal work day today, rather than the madly busy days of the past two weeks. It meant I could catch up with my other work in my studio. It's strange going from Canon 5Ds back to my big studio camera with it's bellows and sturdy tripod - the two types of photography could not be more different. I can often shoot well over a thousand images a day with the Canons, whereas with the studio camera it's a much more deliberate, slower process hence I often shoot between 20 - 50 pictures a day!
