Quality control!

Bowlby and I agreed that the contents were unlikely to be in pristine condition after this parcel arrived today. We were both correct. There were 5 large plastic boxes - for storage in the loft - and the five lids. Actually only 2 lids were damaged which is quite remarkable, but photos are winging their way to the supplier.

In other news, we had a very productive committee meeting for the Festival this morning. We spent time planning walks for the autumn and discussing arrangements for our Challenge event (July 5th, 26 miles, walk). The Spring Festival arrangements are all in place.

The other Marjorie came for tea. We had our usual lively discussion, this time continuing on from Start the Week this morning on the theme of confession. Fascinating stuff.
