3 hours later and...

..it's up!

Neil and his dad dread it when I want something hanging on our walls as the brick is so hard it blunts all the drill bits. So lots of 'to me to you' and huffing and puffing it was finally hung on the wall which I finished off with a cute fabric heart.

Next, was the cabinet at the top of the stairs which luckily was not into brick, otherwise I think Neil may have refused. It's a shame we're thinking of moving as I love the new hallway and our house, but we've run out of space and it's ready to move on. We've had 10 lovely years here, so I will be devastated when we move, not sure Neil will say the same, the house has aged him 10 years!
