#20 The Last Laugh

Day 20 - Emergency blip this evening and tea was the subject. Bit of a story behind it, I had to pop back to the office today as I can't access any of the files on my USB without the laptop. Popped into my friend's for lunch afterwards as she had very kindly made us some soup. On my way back to the car... I discovered her chickens had escaped and had decided to circle me. For somebody who is PETRIFIED of feathers, this was like hell. I screamed, Pops screamed. We ran for the car and just got in the drivers side quick as possible so I could strap him in once in the car. Just before I'd left, my friend had given me some of their eggs. So I feel like justice has been served. (ignore anaemic looking toast, I was too hungry to wait patiently for the toaster)
