I took the kids to see "The Deep" today, in Hull. We've been before, when they were younger - but it is always worth seeing. Its a fairly relaxing trip - although not the cheapest.

Hull is a very big port - as evidenced by the lines of lorries on the road on the way in. Today's technique challenge was Black & White, and seafronts always strike me as ideal material for black & white photos - particularly on such a dull day. I waited until later, until some of the mist had lifted.

There are some good views from around The Deep - for those willing to take a stroll around the outside. This is from the far point of the building, looking towards the Princes Quay.
