I personally think this is clear.

Really don't mind the odd take away menu and will let that slide, but do people who live in a block of flats really have a requirement for lawn mowing advertising? Then again someone's getting paid to deliver them so probably shouldn't wish them out of a job.

Quiet work day which is good way to start off the week, also good as day was filled with meetings that didn't really accomplish anything, always fun.
