Full Potential

I spent the day today helping out some friends who were delivering a training day aimed at Reading Half Marathon runners. Their company is Full Potential. I went on one of their early training weekends in Provence, France, and it was on this occasion I was given this T- shirt. Now an antique......almost!! The sun shone all day, for a change, and the group I was leading really appreciated the nice weather for our 10 mile race pace jolly....great fun!!
