Beeline for Crocus

A lovely sunny day with just a light breeze. A walk is a great temptation but with the sun getting higher in the sky day by day some of the garden is at last enjoying its golden rays so gardening it was. Between pruning and general tidying up had a little foray with the camera. To my delight there were 2 ladybirds sunning themselves on some ivy and a solitary bee was collecting pollen from the crocus and polyanthus.
