Another visit to the National Space Centre in Leicester before our ticket expires. The teenage boy decided not to join us, a day of gaming in peace being a much more attractive proposition. This model shows the Earth rotating anti clockwise on its axis as it revolves around the sun, it's a shame we hadn't realised we'd just passed today's date as H spun the wheel. Again lots of interactive things to do for H, you're never too old for pressing lots of buttons and spinning things, or running the space command centre and getting to press the flashing red launch button! She couldn't leave without visiting the shop, no surprise that she purchased a cuddly toy, a space dog, and in the sale too for half price, I've never known anyone make their money go so far.
