Keep on Running
J's bought some running shoes and she tried them out for the first time today, we did 5 min warm up/warm down walk with 2 minutes running followed by 4 minutes walk for 40 minutes, we even ran past the pub without going in!
J was a sprinter at school and is a faster runner than me, so training together should get my speed up too.
Now back to watching the curling!
