Family Fun Day

Well, we've been without power now for 24 hours. However, we are being very Jane Austen (she lived down the road from here, did I say that yesterday?!) and are making tea on the gas stove by candlelight and head torches! Thankfully I remembered to bring a battery recharger widget so eldest son is still able to play on his iPad!

The images show my eldest son with his gorgeous godmother (who is American) and her gorgeous daughter. The flooding is by the church where Jane Austen is buried. Unfortunately the water was too deep to be able to get near the graveyard.

Tomorrow we head to London to see my brother and sister in law who do have power - yay!!
