Mrs Goosander

A beautiful sunny day brought out what seemed like the entire population of Edinburgh and Leith, blinking in the unaccustomed brightness. We went for a short daunder up the Water of Leith and as usual I was charmed by the goosanders. This lady was mid-toilette when I took the photo - although it wasn't the best portrait, I chose it for the colours.
