Catching a few rays

The all male colony of lemurs at Blackpool zoo letting it all hang out in the welcome sunshine.

Sarah and I have had a wonderful day at the seaside, a birthday treat for her as she will unusually be at school on the actual day this week, due to half term being so late this year.

We love lemurs!

We went particularly to see the new wolf colony, but were also treated to a very active and inquisitive red panda - how cute is that?

After fish and chips, and freshly made doughnuts, I relaxed for a while to allow the cholesterol time to build up in my arteries.

What a great day - now back home to do all the Sunday chores :-(
