Cumbrae and the Isle of Arran

It was a beautiful morning, so I decided to go down to Largs and then made my way up the Haylie Brae to the viewpoint at the back of Largs.

It was cold and the terrain was really wet after all the rain but it was worth walking up to Castle Hill to get some fabulous panoramic views up and down the Clyde coast.

This is a view looking across to the Isle of Cumbrae and beyond to the snow capped mountains of Arran.
