Hailes Castle

Great weather today for February, pretty sure I was not the only one keen to take advantage. I stopped to take a few shots of the Parliament after the gym and put this one on Flickr.

Wanted to get out in the afternoon, and so the kids and I went for a drive down the A1 with nothing in particular in mind. I turned off at Haddington and then kept heading towards East Linton, spotting the sign for Hailes Castle.

Kids really enjoyed it, though it is just ruins. Reminded me a little of visiting St Andrew's Castle. There's a selection of other castles I've visited here.

Definitely enough photography for one day! I'm looking forward to settling down to the Bafta's later.
