The Birthday Girl

Thirty seven years ago, at approximately 10.30am, I was born by caesarian section weighing just four pounds and five ounces. I was so small my Granny had to go to the local toy shop to buy my first set of clothes from the dolls department. Mother FP was a bit ill afterwards and I was left for a few days in an incubator to continue cooking, just like a little chicken. Apparently I was quite a hungry baby demanding to be fed every three hours for the first six months.....Thirty seven years later little has changed in that regard.

I've had a lovely day - highlights being present and card opening in bed this morning (a family tradition), delicious lunch out with Mother and Sister FP and then an exploration around Stratford. We went to the MAD museum which is a fantastic place filled with mechanical toys - it's a place full of noise and wonder! Then we went up the tower at the RSC and took in the view. Tonight Sister FP and I are off out to the cinema to see 'Her'.

(This shot is inspired by Davzo who took a very similar one on his recent trip to Stratford)
