Mr. & Mrs.

Mr. & Mrs. Mallard seemed very tranquil in the loch today as they gently glided from bay to bay.

It was a beautiful sunny day, but very cold, cold enough for snow I think!

Church in the morning, and then after a lovely lunch made by the HG we had a walk around the loch. Very busy with lots of people with the same idea, lovely to see so many people out, and lots of children, well wrapped up, on their scooters, and bikes and bouncing balls and all. It was really nice.

We passed a couple with their toddler running ahead and their bigger girl a bit further on cycling..... as we passed the toddler (couldn't have been much more than eighteen months or so) he fell flat on his face. What was funny was that he didn't cry at all, but made no attempt to get up, just waited to be picked up!!! I'm sure if he had been a girl he would have attempted to get up himself, but he was like a little prince, waiting to be attended to!!!

So now about to make dinner, and C should be arriving quite soon. Always look forward to catching up on her news of the week.
