Sunrise at Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey

Got up at 6.30 to birdsong and clear skies. MrD is working this weekend and he decided to go on his motorbike this morning, quite a while since the weather has been fine enough.

I walked down our lane planning to get a shot of the sunrise over my friend's farm but ended up on the beach and this is how the sun broke over the mountain this morning.

Late morning drove to Bangor, took a snap of building work at the university. The project is called Pontio and is a very ambitious project for the uni, it was in the planning stage for many years before building started last year.

My neighbours have been busy filling potholes in our road. The council sent a group of us nasty letters threatening to stop dustbin/recycling collection - I hope the council will be satisfied now and we can all relax again :-)
