River Wye

Day out in Monmouth today. This is the river Wye flowing under the main bridge into the town. The debris has accumulated only in the last few hours - the bridge was closed the previous night for a crane to remove the previous days to keep the water flowing.

The nearby fields and sports pitches were also flooded and the water was running extremely fast.
