Back With A Vengeance
I took a week off from the gym last week due to being a bit ill, and for some reason my diet took a turn for the worse too. So, in order to kick my flab in it's stupid face, I popped to the gym this morning. I got a bit sad when I discovered that the treadmills at the gym won't let you do longer than 60 mins, and I was so close to getting to 10k. So what did I do? I just hopped right back on and did a further 2.05k :P You will not beat me, treadmill!
