Saw this beautiful deer and her baby eating on the side of the road today... I love seeing them and there is a family of them that live by my house that I've enjoyed watching grow these last few years... But it honestly breaks my heart that they are forced to live here in the crowded city and by all the really busy main roads.
I'm sure only a few years back they had so much more room to roam. Now do to over developing they are forced to be city deer. They will literally watch the cars and wait to go across the main road by my house. Hopefully they can eventually find a nice open place to live without the threat of cars hitting them.
