HEAD TURNING EVENT
For the first time, Team Blue Jay might be looking at a medal in the age-old sport of Head Turning. Most people expect Team Owl to sweep the event again this year, as always, but BJ here has been working on innovative exercises with a physical trainer who swears BJ will be able to achieve full rotation at the Olympics. He’s looking pretty darn good today!
Official Alternative Olympic Games team photographs were scheduled for today. BJ struck a rather regal pose for his official portrait, but also insisted on a back view to show the terrific team colors on Team Blue Jay’s uniforms. (Coming or going, it looks like two different birds, but this is actually BJ in both shots.) A very clever uniform!
Now back to the medal podium where we find Doug, of Team Woodpecker – Downy Division. He has just received his gold medal for an amazing display of Wind Surfing. Following the silly tradition of posing for a picture while trying to bite the medal, Doug posed with his gold between his teeth beak. Way to go, Doug!
Tune in for more up-to-the-minute AOG coverage tomorrow.
