It's um.. a chimley

I've taken a photo of this chimney before but not from this side.

When I was in a charity shop today I overheard a man saying to the assistant,
"Now I know this may sound strange but I'm looking for a bag"
"What sort of a bag, sir"
"Well I want one that I can put things into"
"Would you want one with a shoulder strap?"
"It's hard to describe really. I want to be able to carry stuff in it"
"Round here, sir, are where the bags are. Would any of these suit you?"
"Well, this is a bit like what I'd want but this is a bit small. Is this one for a computer?"
"Yes, it's a laptop bag"
"Well, it's a bit small. I just need a bag to put things in"
He left empty handed and I do wonder if he had luck anywhere else.

I also witnessed a taxi driver, getting out of his cab and going round to open the passenger door to let a customer get in, and then promptly left her to shut it again as he went back to his driving seat. Come on, if your going to be courteous why not finish the job.
