Woodland retreat

Situated in the leafy grounds of the hotel we stayed in last night was this amazing treehouse. Wish we could have traded our room for this one, although it may have been a little scary with the wind blustering around it.

Spent a lovely afternoon wandering around Greenwich park with a friend and his dog. Unfortunately we got caught in a rain shower but it cleared to reveal an amazing rainbow right over the city. Rather annoyingly, the main road near us was closed due to a tree which was apparently due to fall, so all the traffic was diverted down our road causing chaos! For some unknown reason it took around 8 hours for the tree to come down and the road to re open..

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.
