High wire violinist

I saw this bloke last year performing in Glasgow's Buchanan Street. Saw him again today. Can't say he was exactly wowing the bystanders, but he was working hard for his money. His competitors were the drummers from hell (what do people see in them?) and a band of teenage guitar bashers. Both groups totally devoid of talent, but both of them commanding giant crowds. At least this bloke had talent. <rant ends here>
