Hellebore

The rain eased off about lunchtime but it has turned very cold.
Mr Toad went down the garden to do bit of log splitting for the fire, I ventured down later on, I haven't been down for a few days with all the gales and rain it's not safe as there are lots of trees and one of next doors came down across the drive and into our garden, it's the 3rd one in about 12 months.
The ground is like a quagmire, saturated and very slippery.
I was very pleased to come across this hellebore in full flower.
