Cooking on a big scale

Another quick blip today. Apologies.

The house we are staying in is just lovely. And....it's all Eco friendly which is right up my street.

Managed to get a hill session in this morning with two friends helping on. Tomorrow I'm apparently running to the coast and back!

We all take turns cooking and it's my turn tonight. Cooking for 18! Can't go writing with Mexican.
