If the world was an oyster then it would be mine!

Early morning stint at the gym since it's F.A cup week and NBC doesn't show it.

I got to thinking about the connotations in the statement you can be great at anything if you put your mind to.

Now that's just a blatant lie! Nature, nurture bla bla bla there are some things in the world that some of us will just never be great at, regardless of how much we put our mind to it.

But you can be great at anything is a much more compelling idea.

Like .... frying an egg, talking backwards, wiggling your ears, sneezing, etc.

The key is anything, not greatness.

Or perhaps, it's still a little early for me.
