A Cake for Valentine's Day

Quite a busy day, in and out, but by 3 pm the wind had become a gale, which just went on, and on, until the next morning.
Most alarming, and the roar was awful!
However, it was Valentine's day, so I made a special fish pie ( his favourite) thankful that the power stayed on!
This cake was a surprise for my husband! We had it almost warm with coffee at the end of our candlelit dinner!
