The rainy weather stayed a bit longer than expected and, combined with the minor mechanical issues, there wasn't really that much time for the allotment. No matter - the main reason for going was to plant two fruit bushes (those extraordinarily long domesticated blackberries) given to us in August by friends who are coming to dinner tomorrow night.

Good bird action, but they weren't exactly exotic.
