It's wet underfoot......

......and definitely more heavy going than anything even faintly resembling rollicking out there.....I suspect the only thrills and excitement I'll be getting today is a brisk canter to the corner shop for a bottle of something fizzy, pink and chilled for after I cross the tape;-)
