River Wandle.

The Wandle is very much an urban river flowing into the Thames in Wandsworth. Today whilst walking along The Wandle Trail a Kingfisher tried valiantly to avoid becoming a blip. I managed one distant photo, so I have a new project in mind!! When Nelson lived in the area he used to fly-fish in this river. It was also the site of The William Morris print works
